Let you be guided through a voyage from the vine to the wine, through the history of the people and the food of this area.

Schedule

The tour starts off with a vineyard visit where the winemaker will explain some of the vine growing techniques and the vineyard management. You will learn how different grapevines have different aspects and produce grapes with different flavours that you will recognize in the wines.

Moving on to the winery, you will be given a short tasting introduction and you will taste 4-5 wines. You will also learn how to grasp the character of each wine and to understand how it strictly depends on the character of the vine it comes from.

Finally, you will taste some local products (cured meats and/or cheese) and experiment with wine pairing. You will learn some basic rules for wine and food pairing through fun activities and engaging experiences.
