Taste workshops are organized for small groups in our winery:

- My own wine:

the winemaker Giorgio Salvan will offer you different wines directly from the barrels. After being explained some winemaking and tasting principles, you will experiment with some wine blending to create your ideal wine… to take home and offer to your friends!

- Vertical tasting of our ‘riserva’ wines (aged wines)

depending upon availability.

- Wine and cured meats tasting led by expert tasters

(our winery often hosts classes held by ONAS, the National Organization of Cured Meats Tasters)

Moreover – in collaboration with local farmers and restaurants – we organize:

- ‘Wine and dine’:

the wine tasting will start in the winery and it will go on in a restaurant, with the best local dishes pairing.

- Short wine tasting classes

- Cooking classes in restaurants or farmhouses

(partners we can supply with wine)

Workshops may be organized upon request in advance and they depend upon our parters’ availability.
