Deep and intense color and perfume announce its richness and concentrated flavour in the mouth.
This Cabernet was produced in a wonderful dry and sunny year (2011) when the grapes had an extraordiary maturation.

Food pairing
Aged cheese or red meat: whatever it is, we advise something “intense” in flavour. The tannins are now still a bit green but they are becoming smoother with the passing of time: so this is a wine that you can also keep in your cellar for some years for aging, even if it is also good to drink now if you pair it with the right food.

Vineyard | 20 years old with a production of 65 hl/ha. |
Harvest, Vinification and Aging | Harvest completely by hand. Perlonged maceration, 40 months aging in big tanks of cement. As the oak wasn’t used in the aging, you can feel all the aromas coming from grape without “interference” of the oak. |
